She is always transparent about procedures and tests, including costs and prognosis. We now live in Liberty, MO. but continue to bring our babies to her and will continue to do so in the future.
The staff is very welcoming and friendly! The exam room was clean and they took their time with my dog during his examination and I appreciate their thoroughness. I was referred by a coworker & I can see why she loves this clinic. Their pricing fits my budget and I will be bringing all of animals back here! Highly recommend!
It was our first time bringing a pet to AniMed. The vet tech and doctor were awesome!! The front office staff was awesome. I also loved that when doing services and looking over my pet, it was done in the room with us. It gave me reassurance of everything they did and can see it all. Nothing was hidden like some previous places I have been to. They listened and allowed me to ask my questions. They truly showed and cared.. instead of trying to rush you in and out for a quick buck. It was so nice and refreshing.
