I went in because I had severe lower back pain. NIcole was able to relax my entire back as well as easing the pain in my lower back. I was able to sleep through the entire night without pain which I hadn't been able to do for 4-5 nights. I will definitely be going back!

Shawna has helped resolved so many things that I either didn't know were issues or I attributed to getting older (I'm 34).- I can now bend over with ease (my left erector was turned off for I don't know how many years).- I can now get up from lying on my back without pain in my low back.- I can get up from a sunken in couch without feeling stiff.- My hips are much more stable (due to resolved ligament issues and many muscle imbalances)- My back is no longer getting tight at night (she helped find the tight jaw dysfunction there and I used this to realize I needed to start wearing my night guard again. I wanted to wait a few days to write this review to make sure what really happened actually happened! I know Shawna through my kids school, and we were both volunteering for an event together there when she noticed me limping a bit and rubbing my knee. She asked me about my knee pain, I explained it all to her, and she did a few things real quick to assess what was going on. She told me she felt really strongly that she could help me with a NKT massage. I was able to get in pretty quickly to see her (she had a cancellation) - truth be told, I knew very little about NKT going into my appointment, but I am willing to try any non-invasive treatment that will possibly help...read full review
