“I was recommended by several friends and my experience with Smedley was fantastic. Mich Smedley performed all the tasks I asked for. Im sure he did some small minor tasks that maybe most plumbers wouldn’t do, but he didn’t hesitate to do anything I asked. I am really impressed with what his company does for our community. Please if you need a plumber use this Blue Springs company. Keep your money in this community.I just had to call Smedley again for a very emergency. My hot water heater went out and I called them on Friday morning. Stephanie said they were quite busy but she would check and see if anyone would have time. Called me back within an hour and it was 9:30 or so when I made that first call. I was told someone would be there between 12-2 and got a call from Jonathan Foster and he would be here about 1:00 or so. He got here took care of my problem had the heater out and a new one in by 2:30 or so. This company has a Family First program that is amazing. I will never use any other company. They are amazing. I have recommended them to so many people over the last three years and will continue doing this. He asked for permission to go in a side basement door he gave me the lowest quote with the best warranty. He was so nice, patient, and never pushy. “If I could give 10 or 100 stars, I would.The kitchen drain stopped up xmas eve. Well, we waited to call dec 26 because of xmas, and we were doing nothing christmas anyway.Dec 26th, they came out, and yep, it was clogged about 10 feet down. Lots of plumbing school and a great visit about what to do to prevent and how to do things easier. My drains work better than they've ever worked. I'm blessed to be using Genes plumbing. It's reasonable, folks.Thanks for the great service.!“
