Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. Called Ike's to see if I could get someone out or help getting it off as I couldn't find a local shut off valve. 2018 build shockingly doesn't have one. Had to shut down water to house. Ike's guys were all booked. He FaceTimed me to see if we could find a way to turn it off. Packing was shot. He then rerouted a driver off a job to come fix it. Was fixed in an hour. Charged me a standard rate, not an emergency rate. You'd be foolish if you're in the north metro to not call these guys. Mustafa was the plumber and was excellent.“
