My A/C went out and he came and gave me a quote. He said he could get me in a couple of days. He called me that night and said he had a cancelation and if they could come at 8am the next day. I was like yes. This was in August 2021 the week it felt like 200 degrees. His grandkids installed the A/C. They did a great job and answered all my questions. Pat arrived when he said he would. He took the time to explain exactly how our boiler, furnace and in-floor thermostat worked together. He inspected our entire system, adjusted multiple key settings to improve our heating situation. Most importantly, he left us knowing tons more about our heating / cooling systems.
