“I’ve been a customer of Aquarius Home Services since 2021, and my experience with their water treatment services has been consistently excellent. They’ve handled everything from routine maintenance on my Kinetico water softener to replacing filters in my Kinetico drinking water system, and every visit has been marked by professionalism, friendliness, and clear expertise.

One moment that really stood out was when a technician noticed that my water heater ventilation (something completely unrelated to the service call) was not up to code. “Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.“

Our AC stopped working due to a failed blower motor/ECM module. I called in the morning and they were able to give me clear expectations on the diagnostic and labor costs over the phone, which I really appreciated. There were no surprises.

They were able to come out the same day, quickly diagnose the problem, process the Ruud warranty claim, and even pick up the replacement part and complete the repair that afternoon. From my initial call to having cold air again, the entire process was incredibly fast and straightforward.

“From when I called for an appointment to when I met the owner for an estimate to replace our hvac system, I was put at ease and could tell this was a trustworthy business. I chose Boehm after getting 3 other estimates from companies you might see on TV and I know I made the right choice. On install day, not only was Tom incredibly kind and an expert at his job, he also cleaned up some shoddy work another contractor left without even being asked. He gave me all the info I needed about the furnace, the AC and the wifi controller we had already purchased but couldn't install previously due to lack of one wire. I felt comfortable leaving Tom and his teammate there while I needed to run an errand and they assured me from the start that someone would always be there - they would not leave the house unoccupied. “I had the absolute best experience with Soderlin. Scheduling was accommodating and simple. We have a very old water heater we wanted advice on and they came out for a standard water heater inspection call ($89) and didn't play any games. I believe the tech's name was Jeff. He spent most of his time at the visit explaining to me answers to questions or even just offering wisdom/advice. He did not pressure a sale but he did offer a standard quote for a replacement in case we wanted it. I felt confidence that we can rely on Soderlin for years to come.“

Since I was being billed for a service call, Taylor then proceeded to clean and check all the pertinent parts on my system to make sure there were no potential 'surprises' in store for the future.
