“Had gas meter moved by Excel Energy and needed a new gas line ran out of the house to the new meter locaction. My the call to Rumpca who pulled the permit amd coordinated with Excel. I was with out gas for 10 minutes. You get what you pay for and would reccomend Rumpca to everyone. Great job Jason. Thank you.“

Ethan Deutsch was the technician they sent who isolated the problem in minutes and got it back working. He also completed the servicing and found a gas leak at the gas regulator that needed fixing. “Omg, Erik is the best and made install so easy for our speed queen washer. Woodbury SW were not helpful and added a lot of fees which they couldn't explain. Erik was honest and made it simple for new washer installation and haul away old washer. He took care in moving washer upstairs and showed us all the settings. Also we saved so much time and money through Erik that we won't go with big box stores anymore.“
