I just needed my AC unit detached and reset. I sent Phil some pictures, he texted back a number, I agreed and then they came out and detached it. When they came to reattach the unit it looked better than it previously did. John caulked, leveled the ground and insulated everything.
One of the most positive repair experiences I've had. The thermostat needed replacing and Phil quickly diagnosed it and repaired. He squeezed my appointment into a busy day - so welcomed in a house that was reaching 90 degrees!!
Replaced blower motor for air exchanger. Instead of replacing the entire air exchanger unit for thousands, Phil obtained a motor and installed for a fraction of the price. Service from Holmin Heating is outstanding! Extremely responsive, excellent work, fair pricing. I highly recommend Holmin Heating!
