It’s July. The weather is threatening to only get worse as the inevitable heat wave is upon you (90F+) What happened? Air Conditioning failure. Through the beads of sweat on my brow I pick up my phone and try to find a local hero to come to my rescue. My initial point of contact explained they could have someone on site first thing the next morning. No cape. No grand entrance music. Just a calm phone call telling me he’d be there within thirty minutes. I explained my problem. The technician was quick to identify and address my problem on site (A capacitor had failed on my A/C unit). Once resolved he said with a smile, “it’s running now”. Then I knew, not all hero’s wear capes. Some just have a friendly attitude and a wealth of knowledge along with a shirt that says Rumpca Services Inc. Thank you Josh! I had 21.5 yards of 1.5 river rock rock Delivered. I called them and within a few days they were delivering. had Matt for the driver. Matt was very nice. He dumped the rock right where I marked it. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice as well. If I need more rock that finally we'll be back.

I had Justin do my taxes this year. I had never itemized and although I am an Accountant, I want to start having someone do my taxes since I am getting married and have other life changes next year. I was looking for someone professional who knows their subject matter.
Justin knew the answers to my tax questions and as I had a special circumstance he was able to quickly figure out the answer for me and give the recommendation. He was friendly, respectful, polite and professional.
From going and talking to people at H&R Block it can be hit or miss with people who know complicated tax issues. So being able to find a good non chain tax service is hard to find.
Greg’s Tax Service is an organized and established business and from my experience and my fiancé’s, a reputable business that has taken the time to figure out complex tax issues and solve them.
I have read a couple of these one star reviews and I think those are outliers and speak to the person themself who wrote the review. You do not have to get your taxes done with the first place you go with.
When you go you can as with any tax business, check more than one place before you say okay to file your taxes and get more than one opinion before you file. That way you know where you would land and do not walk away feeling like you did not get the outcome you desired and make it the tax businesses fault. That is probably a smart way to operate your life in general.

I highly recommend Mike. He was honest on timing and quoted a fair price. He helped with sizing and design. He was communicative throughout the entire process. Now love that it’s getting warmer to enjoy sunsets on the new deck!
