“North Point Services have been great to work with! Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. Communication throughout the project was always clear and we didn't have to hover over the company to get information - it was offered proactively. We would rehire them again (but hope we don't have to!) and highly recommend Alex and North Point Services to others.“
“We had yet another amazing experience working with Dave Knutson Siding. We hired them for two other projects on our home in the past including one to replace our roof after we had some hail damage and they have done incredible jobs each time. This time we hired them to replace all of the siding on our entire house. We had wood siding on our house when we moved in and wanted to switch to something low-maintenance/maintenance-free (in this case, we went with fiber cement Hardie board). We worked with George again to get an estimate of the project and finalize on the details. As always, George was super personable and knowledgeable. The estimate he gave us was very reasonable and he made sure we were clear on all the details like what windows we wanted trim on. He even went above and beyond to find a rectangle vent-looking decoration to put in one of our gables as a stylish accent piece. They were able to get the project scheduled for mid-November and they got us in and finished the siding work right before it got too cold to work/paint so that we wouldn't have to wait until the spring for the job to be completed. The siding installation team leader was very friendly and communicative. When they started the job, he made it clear that he wanted to hear any feedback and/or questions I had while the job was being done so that I was completely happy with the result and that I was more than welcome to walk around and review the progress while they were working. The siding turned out exactly how we wanted down to the trim details around the windows. The installation team even discovered we had some molding plywood around our chimney which could have caused further damage and/or health issues for our family if that had not been discovered and they replaced the plywood in addition to installing the new siding. They also discovered we didn't have weather guard tape under our siding so they installed that for us as well. George also repainted our utility door and garage door molding to match the trim color so there would not be a mismatch. No detail fell through the cracks. We are so pleased with the result and we feel our house looks like it's a new build. We have complete confidence and trust in Dave Knutson Siding and would absolutely recommend them for any project you need done!“

“We could not be more pleased with our experience with Timberland. Our new roof looks great and they installed it in under 5 hrs. Communication was excellent through Luke who came to our house several times and responded to our every concern and request. They also put in a roof vent for our bathroom fan which had been vented into the attic. Overall price was fair. “I highly recommend using Quarve Contracting! They are super professional and thorough with their consultation regarding the project. I was shown pictures of any issues the consultant thought could be potential problems. He explained the whole project to me and gave me pros and cons regarding types of roofing material. The project supervisor came by the day before the roofing job started to inspect and look for issues. He was super helpful and offered to get us the paint to pre-paint the siding pieces they needed to install. That saved me from climbing up to the roof to paint the replacement pieces after the fact! The workers on the day of the project were careful to cover my walls and landscaping to protect them from any of the roofing materials and other construction debris. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Of course the newly installed roof looks great! I would not hesitate to hire Quarve again for any future projects.“

“Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.“

“NJR Construction replaced our roof and gutters just days before Christmas. I was impressed with their personal customer service and patience despite dealing with delays from the insurance company. Their crew replaced the roof (including a couple of sections of damaged decking) in one long day. The new gutters were installed the next day. Their crew arrived early both mornings. They placed tarps around the house to protect landscaping. On the second morning, they made a careful sweep using magnetic brooms to pickup any stray roofing nails. I would recommend this company! Also, they're bilingual in English and Spanish.“

“We had EZ HOME SOLUTIONS replace our roof and siding because of hale damage. They did a fantastic job and Shaun was there every day and was great to work with. Our only complaint is that we had gutter guards installed the previous year and there roofers made a mess of them. I complained and the owner said that we had cheap gutter guards and their was nothing they could do about it. Now we are going to have them replaced at our own expense and I don't think that is right.“
