North Point Services have been great to work with! Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. Aleksey and his team are incredibly talented and detailed oriented. We remodeled two bathrooms with Davis Interiors who used North Point for all of the work. They deliver craftsmanship and take pride in their work. Working with them is stress free!

We worked with North Point Services to deal with the aftermath of some major ice dams over the winter. We were concerned about the state of our roof and siding as we had water freezing behind the siding in multiple locations. Alex came over to conduct a really detailed examination of our property to understand the issue and what needed to be done for repairs.We ended up deciding the new siding was the best course forward.
