Our condo building requires window replacements to be performed inside the units (rather than via the exterior}. We were referred to Sandstrom Windows because they've been successfully doing window replacements for many owners. The whole process went precisely as laid out by Chad Sandstrom at inception. This included the expected time for fabrication and availability, the installation appointment (on time and efficient), the paint touch up. The windows went in just ahead of an extreme heat warning. Sandstrom Windows was excellent at communications and installation of windows in my condo unit. The Pella fiberglass windows are a good product and a brand with a long history.
