On a rating scale of 1 to 5, we would give a 5 plus! They were exceptional in every aspect of the project.Chad, Joel and Steve provided excellent oversight and project management. Our project consisted of replacing 25 windowsdamaged by a hale storm and involved working with our Insurance Company and Bank.We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail of the installation phase. I worked with Kevin on a window repair and he was phenomenal.Kevin reminded me of the way customer service once was; kindly, knowledgeable, and attentive to a customer's needs. Sadly, we see very little of this today. I cannot recommend Sandstom Windows highly enough

Chad and Joel Sandstrom have been great to work with! They replaced over a dozen windows in our home last year. The process went very smoothly, and every one of the crews (stucco removal, window installers, stucco repair, and painters) who worked on the project was experienced and professional. We needed their assistance again this year when we discovered water damage and mold in the main bedroom from a leaky deck door. Chad devised a plan to replace the deck door with a window that matched the ones they installed last year. He worked with our contractor to ensure the new window fit properly and met codes.
