“Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.“

“I did not end up going with built strong for my new roof project, they were a close second for me though and only due to the fact that I needed some additional custom work done on my chimney. I'm rating 5 stars because of of the 5 quotes I got, built strong gave me what I thought was the most reasonable quote on a premium SBS shingle (OC Duration Flex). If not for the chimney work I need done I would have gone with built strong due to the high reviews, platinum preferred OC status, and fair price. Thanks Jason for coming out to give me a quote.“

“Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. “Late on the afternoon of Friday the 13th this October, we began getting water dripping into our utility room. Recall the weather - it had been raining for almost 2 days and continued. I had a phone number - to Nick - who answered and was at our house within an hour. He went into the attic, found several leaks, went onto the roof while it was still raining and made temporary repairs. As of 4:00m pm, 11/3/23, BRUGGEMAN EXTERIORS completed repairs to the roof including vents and some underlayment. “I called J&B roofing for a leak in the roof that we could not find to patch. We are selling our house and explained that it was time sensitive, and they had someone out same day. The employees that came out were super thorough, climbing onto the roof and looking around inside. They explained what they suspected the issue was, advised what we should do to remedy it and what products we should buy, gave us several possible options. They did tell me how much it would be if we opted to have them do it (and it was considerably less than I expected) but were in no way pushy about it. We'd been going crazy thinking we found the problem only to find we were wrong when it rained again, and J&B Roofing helped us solve it quickly and effectively. Very happy with it“

“We had 4 roofing contractors bid on 3 new roofs for our home and two garages after a hail storm. Only Capital prepared its estimate following our insurance adjuster’s line-item estimate, making it easy to compare. Capital’s owner, Jeff Moore, helped us negotiate with our insurance company to increase our coverage payment. We wanted the same Owens-Corning 3-color shingles we had before, but 2 other contractors claimed they were not available. Well, Capital got the shingles we wanted no problem. The roofing crew was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and hardworking--they did a great job cleaning up too. Capital also handled some gutter and drainage work unrelated to the hail claim at reasonable cost. Capital’s communications were immediate and everyone on their staff is great to work with.
