This included the expected time for fabrication and availability, the installation appointment (on time and efficient), the paint touch up. The windows went in just ahead of an extreme heat warning. Our western exposure had previously resulted in hot afternoons. We now have superb heat and sound insulation. “My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects. The crew took their time and did an excellent job. On final walkthrough I only had one concern and by the time I called about it, Chris had been to the house and addressed it. I would have no reservations recommending this team for your deck remodel.”

They know that and they work hard to make it go as smoothly as possible even though we all know there will be challenges. My home has a flat roof and these guys know what they are doing. I'm sure they do other kinds of roofing well too. The project involved two big days with many people on site. The crew was pretty big and well organized. It was hot but they pushed hard all day in the hot sun. Smaller crews came over on other days to do metal work and other smaller details. They got it done as quickly as possible considering all the work to do, the weather and the additional constraint of mine to work with an insulator contractor. I got three bids and they were not the lowest, but I went with them bc they impressed me with their attention to detail and to listening to me. It's expensive, but a good value.”

He was extremely genuine in regards to our questions, concerns, and particular interests for the replacement and went above and beyond to see them come into fruition. Not only was the price we received the best out of 5 different quotes, but the quality was exceptional with no shortcuts. When it came time to strip all of the old shingles, replace the flashing, and put on some new decking / shingles on both the garage and house, the crew knocked the entire project out in a single day! They left no trash or scraps behind which was another huge relief.
