“| live in a house across the street from a few houses that MN exteriors MN are working on. I tore my ACL and had surgery 3 weeks ago and am currently on crutches. I was trying to get my garbage bins up my driveway (unsuccessfully) and one of the MN exteriors employees saw me struggling and came over and put my bins back in my garage for me.
Much appreciated and says a lot about the type of people they hire!”
“After discussing with five different roofing companies, my wife and I ultimately decided to go with Timberline Roofing. Honestly, Timberline wasn’t our first choice, but a few key factors and an extreme amount of effort from our contractor, Colin Beckman, really helped us make up our minds. I’ve broken down the three main reasons that tipped the scales for us:
Their best offer right from the start: Timberline provided us with their best quote, along with optional upgrades and materials upfront. The other companies we negotiated with quickly dropped their estimates or added bonuses once they realized I had a deadline and their offers weren’t as competitive. Timberline kept things simple, flexible, and transparent from the get go.
Not just a salesperson: After talking to several roofing companies, I got pretty tired of the same sales pitch over and over again. Colin, who’s a contractor by title, didn’t want to bore me with the typical sales talk. I really appreciated that, and I also appreciated him being onsite and working with his crew on the day of the roof replacement.
Communication is key: Whether through text, phone call, or email, Colin always responded promptly. I’m a pretty particular person, and Colin did an excellent job answering all my questions and addressing every concern I had as a first-time homeowner. There was a small error at the end of the project, but Colin owned it, apologized, and fixed it immediately. I couldn't have asked for more.
We had our roof and gutters replaced, and we have plenty of more projects lined up in the future. What I appreciated most about Timberline Roofing was their flexibility, but what truly surprised me was working with Colin and a company I hope to partner with throughout the lifetime of my home. If you're on the fence, definitely give Timberline a try!”
“I received hail damage. I was referred to RNR roofing from a friend. I worked with Dan and his crew. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a company as I did with RNR. So professional and knowledgeable. The workers were so kind and caring. They did a wonderful job. When finished they cleaned up everything. Never seen so many smiles on people as they do their job. I would call on RNR again if ever needed. Thanks Dan and your crew for all you did for me.”
