After moving into a new house, we needed gutters installed. Noe came out for an estimate right away and the gutters were installed the next week. The gutters look very clean and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this company for similar services.
Now handled all the details with the insurance company and kept us involved in the process. His communication was top notch. His team was able to remove the roof and replace with new shingles in a timely manner.
I feel lucky we wound up with NJR. Noe was very responsive and explained the whole process from claims to insurance negotiation to roofing. The insurance company was being recalcitrant about the damage and expected payment. Noe handled the negotiation process with the insurance company's inspector and claims adjuster from start to finish and kept the whole job at the quoted price with no surprises. Crew was very fast and respectful of property. Noe stuck with us afterwards to deal with the post install inspection and depreciation adjustment. Great experience, highly recommended.
