“I don't mind going there. At time, the service can be fast depending on when you go. Staff are friendly. Wish the check in was a bit confidential. Feel a bit embarrassed when they ask you why you're there after you mentioned you're there for urgent care- they still want to know more. Would prefer to inform nurses vs admin- (no offense!!) Other wise- can't really complain.“

“LABORATORY - 4 stars!This review is for the lab services only.I've used them several times because this is the closest Fairview lab to my home in the northwest metro.GOOD:1. I never have to wait long. I've always been in for blood draws quickly once I get to the interior lobby for the lab. My butt barely hits the chair before they call me up.2. The personnel have always been very friendly.3. Amazingly, my pokes have always been flawless - no pain, no hematomas, no problems.4. The lab tests have always come back lightning fast. The results show up quickly on My Chart.NEEDS IMPROVEMENT:1. Making an appointment on the phone is a pain in the butt. Be prepared for long wait times, lots of button pushing, and possibly being transferred to a different number and doing it all again. I recommend calling at non-peak times or trying to do it on-line through My Chart.2. The people at the main front desk (not lab staff) that check you in are sometimes bitchy and unfriendly, frequently looking like they might be sucking on lemons behind the counter. It looks like their job sucks. (Personally, I think I'd rather work in a coal mine than do their job.) I'm not sure if I should feel sorry for them or if I should be irritated because they can't maintain a friendly demeanor.Overall, thumbs up for all those hard working "Lab Rats" (an old, friendly biology term for lab workers)!-Daddy Maxx Retro(“

“From Hailey at the front desk to Eva, Doctor Messina’s nurse and Dr. Messina herself~ a very friendly and helpful team~ I have been with the same OB GYN for 30 plus years prior to moving, so to choose someone new I was a little apprehensive and nervous ~ I was beyond pleased with the care I received and the kindness and professionalism of this team. Dr. Messina addressed all my concerns and took time for me and shows much knowledge in women’s health especially hormone therapy.. which I encourage every woman going through perimenopause /menopause to look into if they want to feel their best! ?♥️“

“I've been coming to M Health (formerly Fairview) for years. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews and I can only assume that a doctor's visit doesn't warrant a review by the public unless it went poorly. I have been seeing Jennifer Bottem, NP for years and continue to do so even though I don't live close to this clinic anymore. Same for my family members. She's excellent as a provider, takes time with you, and has been great with diagnoses... though she's so very in-demand that you have to schedule a couple months out with her (ok for yearly appts; probably not ideal for urgent needs). I've never had issues with the care, lab, or services here. A lot of of urgent care overall is being moved to digital visits and online interactions, which some people don't like; I suppose that explains negative reactions found here. I used their virtual appointment for a fever last week and found the process easy and helpful. Note: I am quite computer literate. I stopped by the building for a throat swab that was ordered via the virtual appt and was in-and-out of the lab. Results on MyChart was immediate, with doctor notes. I'm happy with my care.“

“So my experience was not the best . But I’m giving them 5 stars for the doctor that seen my mom . My mom had to wait for a very long time . The front desk was not so pleasant . They took her back . And she sat in the room for another hour . Her irritation level was through the roof . Where she called me to come back and speak with her and the doc . When I get there the doc was very calm . Trying to keep his composure . My mom was agitated and showing it . I took over and he spoke to me . My mom was there being seen for something the clinic didn’t specialize in . He still tried & did what he could to keep her comfortable . Him remaining calm made her calm down . We began regular conversations. He has a brother and sister . He his mom and siblings are all in the medical field . His sister was going to be a pediatrician I believe . He has an accent . Went to college down south and has been up here the last 2 years . I forgot his name . But if he read this he would know it’s about him . I want to thank you . You’re an amazing being . Thanks for handling my mom with care . Thanks for not giving what she dished .
