Wait times should be expected for any Urgent Care situation and I think Park Nicollet does a great job providing you with information/options to minimize that time as much as possible. For each clinic, you can check "high demand times" on line before you leave the house and use the "save a spot in line" appointment option that again reduces the time spent in the waiting room. Been here for 5 years for annual exam and a few other visits. Seems quick and friendly once you get in. Phone calls to make appt are very long. Been trying to schedule covid test and keep getting phone issues or our lines are too busy call back.

My daughter and I have been seen at this locations few times and we will not be going back. The doctors here don’t seem to care about you as a patient and instead of taking their time with you, will rush you out without proper care. Personally i would recommend a Fairview clinic instead.
