Every nurse I've ever interacted with here has been a delight, both professionally and even in just idle conversation. It makes visits go by very quickly. I love being in and out for bloodwork in under 20min, every time!
I don't mind going there. At time, the service can be fast depending on when you go. Staff are friendly. Wish the check in was a bit confidential. Feel a bit embarrassed when they ask you why you're there after you mentioned you're there for urgent care- they still want to know more. Would prefer to inform nurses vs admin- (no offense!!) Other wise- can't really complain.
Dr. Delisi is the BEST general doctor you could ever ask for. So kind, patient, and always ready to listen.All the nurses here are so amazing also! I drive from Maple Grove because I love this clinic so much.
