Park Nicollet Urgent Care Brooklyn Center Brookdale is a convenient and centrally located urgent care center that offers walk-in visits and weekend hours. The receptionists are quick and friendly, and the wait time depends on how busy they are. The staff is friendly and attentive to patients needs. The doctors are really the best, well trained, and polite. Dr. Schindler is phenomenal and provided great care, taking concerns seriously and going into great detail. Every staff member is patient and efficient. The turtle and fish aquariums are a delight for both kids and adults. Patients appreciate the urgent care services provided, including treatment for strep throat, stitches, sprains, and strains.

I am writing to share my positive experience at your urgent care facility this morning. While needing medical attention was unexpected, the level of care I received was truly exceptional.
I want to specifically recognize Darija and Dr. S. Liu for their outstanding service. Darija is a remarkable nurse whose passion for her work is evident, and Dr. Liu provided thorough and compassionate care. Both of them were incredibly attentive, listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

Doctors and nurses generally care about what's going on to you, compared to the blaine/fridley location where they think people are faking it all the time. The only downside is here. You have a bit of a longer wait at times, and you can't always get the care you need here.
Amazing experience, I went sunday morning at 8am and there were already people waiting but they were efficient and so kind! Everyone I talked to truly put energy and care into my visit. Thank you all! Such hard workers.
