I had a good experience at this urgent care clinic. I cut my finger open and literally walked in the door 10 minutes before close. Dr. Massey and the medical assistants were attentive and very helpful in stitching up my cut. I appreciated their friendliness too in the midst of a stressful situation.

This is a massive healthcare system, but they still can't pull together a working website for patients to communicate with providers, send messages make appointments etc. Their clunky, counter intuitive and redundant user interface is a major barrier to care and a huge waste of time.

Had to leave a great review for the best and easiest urgent care I’ve ever been to! We came in today for two blocked ear canals. Scheduled the check in ahead of time online and arrived early, and we were almost immediately taken back to be seen (15 min ahead of our scheduled time!).Every single person working at the clinic was kind, helpful, and explained everything to us. The process was so quick - we were in and out in like 40 minutes.?recommend, 10/10. If we ever need to visit urgent care again, we’ll come back here. Thank y’all so much!
