Front desk and nursing staff were great. The “doctor” here though is a piece of work. Erin Richardson PA-C was so passive aggressive and rude, she’ll treat you like a number and shoo you off after waiting an hour on her. Sorry I was unworthy of your time ma’am I’ll just suffer in sickness next time!
I recently had to go into this Urgent Care for severe flu symptoms. The staff was nothing short of amazing. I was feeling really horrible and they went the extra mile by bringing me a warm blanket, pillow, water, and dimming the lights. Made all the difference when needing to wait for labs and results.
In May 2024, as a new patient, I walked in for urgent care and received excellent care and professional communication. I then had a wellness check up and was referred to specialists and received great medical treatment at Methodist Hospital. I recently had an annual wellness check up. I’m very satisfied with all my health care providers in Minnesota.
