The waiting room was packed with people. I felt like I was in a petri dish. I actually wanted to wait outside because it was so crowded. I was there for an annual wellness check. I think it's where I got covid. Getting to parking was awful.never

I always visit with Jenny Botton. She’s one whom is for: being seeing by specialist @ Mayo. She also spends a little more time & not in a typical rush. Furthermore; My Health Insurance cover most of the bill.Never had a problem, especially in the New Bldg. Excellent Passionated Staff; on spite of the complaints; it doesn’t bother me, therefore, I get to see a person faster, especially after Hrs,?

I needed urgent care and my primary care physician wasn't available. Pretty standard 100minute wait in a new, clean, and comfortable waiting room. I saw Jason Nesler PA who was very kind and calm. He listened to everything I said and quickly determined a plan of care. The staff was all very polite and qualified. I went to the new location on Ford Pkwy where parking was close, accessible, and free.
