“Went to MFairview Health Urgent Care in Eagan last night for a painful knee problem. The wait was fairly long but I had learned from a different Urgent Care organization that Urgent Care means that you don't need an appointment--not that they will see you within 10 minutes. The staff were great, especially Dr. Andrea Wojahn, who was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to me, asked great questions to quickly gather needed information, and discussed a plan to help me. And she shared a little bit about herself during the course of all that, which I thought was lovely and relatable. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again my choice is easy.“

“I had an excellent experience here. I was a walk-in about an hour before close for a work physical. Most places would be annoyed by this but not here. Everyone was extremely professional and efficient. They got me in and out in no time WITHOUT making me feel rushed. This doesn't happen near the end of the day at most places. The staff was very friendly helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you guys for going out of your way to make me feel comfortable at your facility.“
“Wait times should be expected for any Urgent Care situation and I think Park Nicollet does a great job providing you with information/options to minimize that time as much as possible. For each clinic, you can check "high demand times" on line before you leave the house and use the "save a spot in line" appointment option that again reduces the time spent in the waiting room. Highly recommend. I've had great experiences with the St. Louis Park Urgent Care Clinic and grateful to have the option to be seen within hours rather than wait weeks to see my primary. Staff is highly efficient getting you from check-in through triage to the actual appointment with the attending. I've had to wait to be seen....but overall care has made the visit here worthwhile!!! Appreciate the job they do.“
“Exceptional service. My physical exam was fair and test requirements were explained to me beforehand and heart rate monitored with a device instead of a different place where I tested and they counted my heart rate with a finger on my wrist. I was impressed with the service.“

Dr. Massey and the medical assistants were attentive and very helpful in stitching up my cut. I appreciated their friendliness too in the midst of a stressful situation.“
“I don't mind going there. At time, the service can be fast depending on when you go. Staff are friendly. Wish the check in was a bit confidential. Feel a bit embarrassed when they ask you why you're there after you mentioned you're there for urgent care- they still want to know more. Would prefer to inform nurses vs admin- (no offense!!) Other wise- can't really complain.“
