We had a great experience. I would highly recommend the clinic. My daughter woke up with an ear infection on a Sunday, when our normal doctor office is closed. I scheduled an appointment online and was able to find an appointment within the hour. We were in and out of the clinic in under 15 mins with a prescription. The nurse and doctor were both very friendly.
Our experience here was excellent from the team members at the front desk to the medical professionals in the exam room. We came here in early June and were called to the exam room less than five minutes after we arrived as a walk-in. Medical assistant Karina was excellent at listening to my loved one's concerns and at educating us & anwering our questions. Physician's assistant Jessica was just as good and also did an excellent job of listening, assessing what my loved one needed, and of answering all our questions. She was decisive and attentive and the follow-up from our appointment was timely. Everyone here was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and helpful.
My husband made an appointment here, and we both came in for a check-up. I visited because I had experienced temporary hearing loss in one ear that morning. The staff were wonderful from start to finish—especially considering my sensitive skin; they were very patient while cleaning my ear. Although I felt a bit of discomfort at the time, I’m doing much better today. Thank you so much for your warm and attentive service.
