I struggle to want to come back here. It always feels like I’m just a number. I have appreciated a few of the people who have worked here, but often times when I walk in the door the place feels less welcoming.
My husband had an appointment today and was waiting for over an hour to be seen after he was brought back to a patient room. Nobody ever updated or checked on him. The appointment was at 8am. He left after the no-show, and nobody followed up. Will not return to this facility.
Went in for a sore throat all signs and symptoms pointed towards strep throat nurse failed to do the strep throat test properly and essentially gave me a cheek swab then they did a COVID test unnecessarily and now I'm waiting on results before I can go to any more interviews they are a money grab avoid at all costs
