Twin Cities Orthopedics with Urgent Care Maple Grove (TCO) is a convenient option for those in need of immediate orthopedic care. The urgent care facility is open from 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week, allowing patients to walk in without an appointment. The specialists are skilled in diagnosing and treating a variety of injuries. Patients praise the helpful staff, clean environment, and efficient service. The great doctors and excellent surgeon are appreciated. The physical therapists are also appreciated. It is easy to get an appointment. Everyone is so very pleasant from the front desk to the staff who help.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to go to x-ray twice. But only because they suspected more issues than I originally talked about. I got in quickly and the appointment would have been quicker if not for the extra x-ray.

When I arrived the desk logged me in very quickly and efficiently. I barely had time to sit down thinking I would have a long wait, when my name was called.
Very quickly I was sent to X-ray, and not long after I saw my injury. I was given a hand brace and was instructed to make. 3-week appt for re-evaluation.

Had knee replacement surgery with TCO in Maple Grove in March with Dr. James Bircher and have had a wonderful experience here. I actually came in 18 months ago and was told I needed the surgery, but didn't feel like the timing was right for me. No pressure! When I did feel ready, I met with Dr. Bircher who patiently answered all of my questions; his surgery coordinator then scheduled the operation for when it was convenient for me. Now almost 3 months post surgery, I am doing really well and so pleased with the outcome. A shout out to the amazing PT's here as well (Elise Jones and her assistant Trace) who really listen and respond.
