Exceptional service. My physical exam was fair and test requirements were explained to me beforehand and heart rate monitored with a device instead of a different place where I tested and they counted my heart rate with a finger on my wrist. I was impressed with the service.

Very friendly staff, from the front desk to the lab testing team. Less than a 15 minute wait for a pre-employment drug screening. It is confusing if you park in the back, there's no sign outside, and no clear sign in the lobby, but it's on the second floor.

When someone is coming in for a drug test, they don’t like to have someone on the other side of the door asking many times what’s going on? What’s taking so long? Some people have shy bladders and you need to be more sensitive to this. However, Amber was amazing with me and made the rest of my visit wonderful. Thanks Amber
