“The purpose for submitting this review is to commend Yesusy, the studio’s manager, for her professionalism and commitment to resolving for me an issue which I had tried unsuccessfully to resolve for a long time, including many frustrating calls to the corporate headquarters and in-person requests made to management of my local club. Yesusy very quickly understood and appreciated the problem and importance of resolving it for me, despite having run into multiple dead ends and conversations with the corporate office resulting in new resolution and termination of the phone conversations. Had Yesusy not resolved the issue, LA Fitness would have lost two members, so she deserves recognition and credit for what she was able to accomplish.”
