I’ve been on my weight loss journey I go to the gym almost every day and lift weight.. This was my first time attending one of yoga core classes and I love it., Katie was amazing the environment was so peaceful

First class here, John was great. He didn’t rush poses which gave you time to hold and stretch or move to a more advanced variation. And the room was the perfect temp- hot but not to the point where you feel like you are going to pass out.

Our instructor was great! He really did a great job.This was only my second time doing yoga and my first time doing Yoga Sculpt.I had to leave the class twice due to now feeling well and when I returned I did not feel judged or unwelcome back in.One of the staff, I am sorry I dont remember her name off the top of my head, helped me find some mouthwash to use and was wonderful and sweet.My overall experience was great and I can see why my friend who invited me to go with her, Kara Cleveland, goes there.If I did not live in Hastings I might join but it is a trek out there for me.
