“Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

“Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. Arrived as scheduled. Very thorough job and respectful of my home as the one fellow took his shoes off before coming in. “As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original “slinky” with thin rubber covering which isn’t up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. I’m impressed not only with the new installation but also with Grace’s expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didn’t surprise me. “Our furnace went out late on a Friday night, I called R&S HVAC because of the sticker on our furnace. They responded very quickly and even though there was nothing that could be done that night Aaron was able to tell me where to buy replacement parts on Saturday morning. As I was driving home with new part Aaron checked in again! 12 hours from time our furnace went down until it was blown heat again on a weekend in January is pretty awesome!
