Better Air Inc.
“I arrived home late on a Saturday afternoon from being away for 4 days to the smell of plastic. I immediately turned off the AC and the smell diminished. I called Better Air and within a short time the on call technician, Rhett, arrived to take care of the situation. An inside insulation pad on the door of the AC unit in my attic had come off and I was smelling the adhesive from the insulation. He assured me it was not a safety concern, but he did remove the insulation from that part of the unit and came back on Monday to do the full repair. While Rhett was here he checked the outside unit as well. He was polite, professional and explained what he had done. I am grateful that Better Air has a 24 hour emergency line and that their employee, Rhett, was so responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful.”
