With the brutal cold winter upon us, and a 22 year old furnace in the basement, replacing it had become long overdue. Seeing as the AC unit is just as old, we needed to consider replacing that at the same time. After receiving an incredibly expensive quote from a local corporate HVAC company, we decided to get a 2nd quote and opinion. And man was I glad I did. Angell Aire came in a staggering $4000 cheaper than did our 1st bid, for the exact same equipment and service. Not only that, but they installed our furnace, the very next day! Seth came out on New Year's Eve (when no one else would) to diagnose a botched thermostat installation during an energy audit that left us with no heat on a freezing night. He assessed the problem quickly, had the parts in his van and fixed it. We are thrilled that the hoise is warming up again and will call him again when we upgrade our thermostat.
