I had one technician to assess my ac unit. I had ice formed on the copper pipe and my ac would run all day nonstop. I was quoted for a coil replacement and would cost me $3k. I wanted a second opinion. Paul came to assess it. He refilled the refrigerant with sealant. I did purchase the 3 year warranty. It was fixed temporarily but the ice formed again and ac would still be running nonstop. I called and Paul came back the next day to take the issue without charging me, even when he had to do more work! Honest guy and a man of his word!
Now, ac is working and no ice is forming. Ac stops when it gets to the set temperature.
Pavel literally saved us, on short notice, and on three separate ocassions with fixing of both, broken heater and AC. I do not say it lightly but this Magic Man has literally supernatural ability to instantly access the issue, perform detailed diagnostics, and provide targeted troubleshooting ( repair or replacement if needed ) with impressive creativity and competence. Paul was very responsive to my need for a timely AC repair. He was knowledgeable and explained the repairs in language that I could understand. Paul backs up his work with a 3 year warranty, which I appreciate and hope I won't need to use.
