“Had couple valves replaced with ball valves, sump pump test and had old water heaters replaced by Weld & Sons Plumbing.

Today, James & Marcus came out at the prescribed appointment time. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. They are very fast, efficient and knowledgeable! They even welcomed me to watch them work, took the time to explain to me their work flow and at the end how the new water heaters work.

Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained.
