Ben Richardson came to our home today to perform a video inspection of our main sewer line. He clearly explained every step of the process and let us watch the video inspection. We stopped him frequently with questions, which he always answered thoroughly. He let us know exactly how the process would go from here and did not pressure us in any way to make a decision quickly. He was thoroughly professional.

The technician, Jordan who came out to fix my water heater did a good job explaining to me the problem, and was able to replace the whole system in a few hours. Very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend anybody to use Bonfe for their water and plumbing needs.Higly impressed
