The new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. We had contact with several young people from start to finish: repair guy, estimator guy, duct cleaning guys, installers, electricians, supervisors...each and every one of them was competent, polite, helpful, and above all, kind. What a great experience! The system seems to be working, we should get rebates and credits, and lower energy bills too!

Thanks to friends and neighbors who offered help, space heaters and a place to stay if it got too bad (it didn't, with only the last night being below zero degrees Farenheit).

Kindness matters! Our potentially horrible experience was turned around by the kindness of friends, and a company that must instill in its employees the importance of thoughtfulness in words and deeds, in addition to competence. We are warm from head to toe and in our hearts too!“

“The water spicket in my bathroom shower the nob that opens the shower fell off. After calling 5 plumbers to fix it. Dean’s was able to come out the same day and fix it and with in 30 mins of my call. It was an easy fix and less than 5 mins. The price was a bit steep but for same day and 30 mins and now a working shower was well worth it. Thanks so much Allen! Job well done!“

From the scheduling call, to the service technician arriving was seamless and they arrived earlier then scheduled which was great as we were experiencing AC problems.

“I called Superior Heating etc. at 1:25 pm on a Thursday and scheduled a service call for 12 pm or later on the next day but Superior Heating etc. called right back and said if I was available right now someone could stop by immediately and check out my AC problem. The tech was in and out by 2:10 pm which makes it the fastest service call that I have ever had from setting it up to completing it and he found the problem was a loose circuit breaker that I had jostled when replacing another one a few days ago but went unnoticed to my untrained eye. He also checked out the system ensuring it worked properly and not once referred to me as Stupid Man for screwing it up in the first place. That meant a lot. Very good experience.“

“I had a gas leak from h*ll that I had received several quotes on and was given wildly different pricing. It was located behind a finished soffit with only a small access panel. One plumber told me he would have to cut out the entire bottom of the soffit, others said the entire soffit would need to come down-framing and all (they were just put up due to my recent remodel so I was a little mortified?). Doug did an amazing job, was super personable, got the job done quickly and at a great price, all with only cutting away a small portion of the Sheetrock. I could not be happier as this was a very stressful event for me. I will definitely be using Bredahl for any future plumbing issues!!!“

“AMAZING SERVICE! They were the 3rd service provider I had out to fix a frozen sewer line and the first one that was able to fix it and in less than an hour!!! My line was frozen for 4 days and I had different plumbers out daily that spent hours trying to fix it. Cutting Edge is a family business - professional, friendly, efficient, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful for their help and definitely recommend 1000%. Also, important to note - they have a steamer!!! Which is apparently impossible to find. “Jackie and Lee are great - I called them for a second opinion after an extremely expensive quote from a large local home services company that said I needed a total sewer line replacement and quoted me $10k for that. Jackie and Lee looked at the line with a camera and told me it was completely fine, even better than what they expected to see for the age of the main line - saved me $10k and a big headache. I will continue to call them for periodic maintenance on the sewer line - they are trustworthy and HONEST about what is actually necessary, and teach about proper preventative maintenance to avoid large expensive problems.“

“Well they did it again!!! 5 stars for this awesome company! I have used them for all my HVAC needs since buying my house, but my bathroom exhaust fan was the original from 1990… and recently water was dripping off my walls every time I used the jetted tub or shower! These guys not only came out in timely manner, but they put an over the top exhaust fan in, per my request. They had to cut into my ceiling and change my pipe from 4” to 6” pipe. They were on time and kind and courteous. They answered all my dumb annoying questions; and were done so fast with this project! They even cleaned up well after they were done. They hung plastic in my closet because that’s where my attic is. No mess. No hassle. And I am currently in my jetted tub enjoying the bubbles after a long day of work all because this company rocks!
