Austin did an excellent job of determining the problem causing water in our basement. Very patient and wanted to solve the problem. Trey came to replace the sewage extractor. NOT a pleasant job! Also very patient, and focused on getting the job done well. NRH has been there to help us with more than one problem and always does an excellent job

Had them out to install a new sump pump, battery back up and also check out our water softener that we were having issues with. They scheduled me right away and sent out their tradesmen Trey a couple days later. Trey was super nice, showed up right on time and walked me through everything prior to getting started. Went and got the parts and completed the repairs in no time with no issues at all. Trey was happy to educate me on everything and show me some tricks as well that I can use moving forward. Highly recommended due to their communication, friendly and honest approach and overall great value.

I had a gas leak near my outside meter so the gas company abruptly turned off the gas and told me the problem was on my side of the line. I called NRH and they sent someone to my house within hours to fix the problem. Nick, Sara, and Trent were professional and understood my need to get the house back up and running asap. I will forever be a customer given the level of service I experienced. Thank you NRH!!
