“I called Liberty yesterday to ask if they installed whole home humidifiers. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and said they did and she would have a tech call me as soon as he was available. The tech called me a few hours later and gave me a couple options with pricing. I scheduled an appointment for the tech to come to my house the following day to take a look to see what needed to be done and give a final quote. Our tech Kevin showed up early, gave the quote and installed the system for me today. Kevin did a great job installing the humidifier and showing how to operate and maintain my system. Needless to say I am very happy with the speed, quality, and customer service of Liberty Comfort Systems.“

“As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original “slinky” with thin rubber covering which isn’t up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. I’m impressed not only with the new installation but also with Grace’s expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didn’t surprise me. I’m satisfied with what I paid.I will recommend Erickson to others.“

“We were extremely happy with NorthernOak Plumbing. We had Tom come out to fix our water heater after we drained it and then had no hot water. He was able to fix it right away. He also took the time to replace our anode rod that we had previously ordered and had planned to do ourselves. While here he noticed that our water softener was in need of replacement. He explained what the benefits of replacing it would be without any pressure to replace it. We found him to be very knowledgeable, no pressure, honest and very reasonable. All of the big "national chain" companies had thier answering service who has no knowledge of plumbing collect my personal info and wanted to send a tech to the house to "discuss the issue and provide pricing." McDonoughs had a knowledgeable person answer my call and had a tech call me right away. Delante discussed our issue, offered possible causes and what it might take to fix, and was transparent about pricing and options. There was no pressure. He was here within 20 mins and the issue turned out to be exactly what he thought it might be on the phone. He had it fixed in an hour. He was so knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. It's rare to find real knowledgeable people who actually want to help you in an emergency without taking advantage. I highly recommend this company!“

“Alec came to allow the outside faucet to be turned off without turning all the water off in the house. A mistake made when the irrigation system was put in years ago. He did an excellent job and explained what he was doing, made sure there were no leaks as a result of his project and showed me how to turn the water off and bleed the line when he was finished. He was thorough and friendly and did an outstanding job.“
