“AMAZING SERVICE! They were the 3rd service provider I had out to fix a frozen sewer line and the first one that was able to fix it and in less than an hour!!! My line was frozen for 4 days and I had different plumbers out daily that spent hours trying to fix it. There was no charge for the advice. We contacted the furnace company which part was under warranty to get replaced. We try to use local contractors. Ike has been around along time.“

“Texted about a clogged floor drain just before 8am, responded in less than 10 minutes stating could be here between 11 and 1. At 9:30 he texted stating he could be there in 20 min if that worked. It did. He arrived when he said he would, very professional and nice, fixed the problem quickly, explained what he did, price was very reasonable. I will continue to support this small business!“

“Our toilet and drains backed up on Christmas Eve. ROTO router was able to come out and fix the problem. The technician Jameson was very friendly and knowledgeable and solved the problem for us. He was very thorough and cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend him and Roto router. They also gave us a six month warranty on their work!“

“My 20 year old furnace and ac needing a tune up and thought that a replacement might be in order so I also requested an estimate for that. My service tech, Maria, arrived as scheduled, listened patiently to my concerns, and did a thorough inspection and assessment. She did a great job and gave positive evaluation of my situation!
I will still get the estimate for replacement (it is after all 20 some years old), but have signed up for the maintenance plan in the meantime - which also covered the cost of today's tuneup appt. Great deal!

“Well they did it again!!! 5 stars for this awesome company! I have used them for all my HVAC needs since buying my house, but my bathroom exhaust fan was the original from 1990… and recently water was dripping off my walls every time I used the jetted tub or shower! These guys not only came out in timely manner, but they put an over the top exhaust fan in, per my request. They had to cut into my ceiling and change my pipe from 4” to 6” pipe. They were on time and kind and courteous. They answered all my dumb annoying questions; and were done so fast with this project! They even cleaned up well after they were done. They hung plastic in my closet because that’s where my attic is. No mess. No hassle. And I am currently in my jetted tub enjoying the bubbles after a long day of work all because this company rocks!
