I can't recommend Dan and First Class Plumbing highly enough. I was in the middle of a kitchen renovation and ran into a problem connecting my new sink to the existing p-trap. I thought I was going to have to open the wall and lower the drain arm, which was going to be a much bigger project.
Instead, Dan took the time to walk me through a simple solution over the phone. His advice solved my problem and I was able to get my kitchen connected the same day. He had absolutely no reason to take the time to help me and didn't ask for anything in return. First Class Plumbing is exactly the type of local business that makes a community great! Thank you, Dan!
Dexter from First Class Plumbing was great! He installed new tub & shower trim and valve repair. Good communication, friendly and respectful. I appreciate the number of options offered as well. The only reason I scored 4 was due to cost. It's crazy expensive every where though. So, I can't honestly say they were considerably less or more than any other company. I believe he was honest and did quality work, with quality parts, which ultimately is most important to me.
Dexter helped us out during a very difficult time. We had just experienced the loss of a loved one and then had a serious water problem to deal with. He was professional, kind and compassionate. He came quickly and stayed late to make sure we were able to have our water restored as quickly as possible. We appreciate the quality service that he provided in our time of need. Thanks
