Quick Response! My regular plumber was booked solid and referred me to TKJ. I called at 4:50pm on a Friday, and TKJ called me right back. They dispatched a tech, who arrived within about a half hour. I had a pinhole leak in my main water pipe. If I had not been able to have it repaired immediately, I would have been stuck over a very hot summer weekend without water. The tech looked it over, explained what caused the problem, and provided three options for repair, with clear pricing. The tech then stayed and did the work into the evening. Tim did a fantastic job methodically tracking down the source of a fowl smell. Eventually narrowed down to a pipe left in for a previous water softener that was leaking smell from the sewer (which just had city work done on our street).
