TJK Plumbing, Inc. is praised for quick response and reliable service. Customers report that the company calls back immediately after a call, dispatches a tech within about a half hour, and handles urgent problems like pinhole leaks before a hot weekend without water. The tech explains the cause, offers three options with clear pricing, and stays to finish the repair into the evening. Work is described as top notch, with a senior discount found for customers. Service is quick, professional, and competitive in price. Technicians are described as friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable, and they communicate clearly and explain all work. They track down issues methodically, such as a foul smell from a leaking pipe, and resolve it efficiently. Installation work for washers and dryers is done efficiently, with explanations in easy to understand language. Overall, customers recommend the company and plan to use it again.
Water heater tank failed. They were out quickly and had it replaced same day. Great price and fast service
JP, Richard, and Weston did an excellent job at Repairing my broken vent system. They worked hard, were very reassuring and kept me Informed about what needed to be done and what they were doing. I would highly recommend them. JP was the one in charge and Was quite competent and knowledgeable. All three were also very personable and seemed quite kind. I would highly recommend all of them.
Rich and Benson were fantastic! They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very professional! Would happily refer them to anyone needing plumbing assistance. Thank you!!!
