Had a plumbing tune-up performed and Luke did a great job. He clearly defined the issues he found and the degree of urgency for each one. This made it easy to determine which items needed to be addressed and those that could be put on hold. I was very pleased with his work and I especially liked the cute, blue booties he slipped on.

The whole process of working with the Ben Franklin was incredibly easy from calling to schedule to understanding pricing to the work getting done at a fair price.
