We have an expensive fireplace unit that has had never ending issues since the date of install last year. The company that sold/installed the unit didn't care to back the product (even while under warranty) and after a few service calls began giving us the run around. We ultimately believe that this other company was in over their heads and did not understand how to service/fix what they sold us. We were so completely frustrated and unsure of who to trust. ***Enter Brandon and Blue Fire HVAC. They were referred to us by some friends that recently used their fireplace services. Brandon and Chris showed up the first time, diagnosed the issue and took an extensive amount of time applying a possible solution. They were timely, professional and focused. When that solution didn't hold up, Brandon took the initiative to track down our fireplace manufacturer AND the Design Engineer. He promptly showed up to our house again and went to work. We believe the unit is finally fixed and could not be more grateful for Blue Fire going the extra mile to take care of us. We will refer them to anyone we know, and will be lifetime customers. Now THAT is customer service, and at a reasonable price! Hard to find both. Do not hesitate to use this company.

I can not say enough nice things about this practice. I've seen several dental assistantants and dentists during my visits and they're all fabulous. Really gentle and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns, explained to me exactly what would be done to my teeth, and gave me realistic expectations for next steps. I would highly recommend them to anyone in and around the area.
Hired Michigan Outdoor Service for weekly lawn maintenance and to make our ordinary pond in the backyard a little more attractive - the project turned out great!!!Can’t tell you how much I appreciated Scott, the owner, Jacob the crew leader and the rest of the crew. They were professional and paid attention to detail. I was truly impressed with all the work they did and particularly how well they cleaned up each day to a point that you wouldn’t notice work was going on here. Leaving a site as well or better than you found it is something I try to do in my trade and what drives me crazy when my fellow tradesmen ignore that last step of the day. I personally believe that effort demonstrates you care about your work and respect your customers. And the respect I have extends to the gentlemen that are on the cut crew. I’ve been to several chiropractors in my life, but never have had the outcome that I have had with Marr chiropractic. they really listen to you when you tell them what is bothering you. I honestly can’t wait to go to my next appointment because I’ve been feeling so much better since I’ve been going there. highly recommend them. They know what they’re doing, very friendly and caring.
We showed up with a last minute request for a birthday bouquet and were greeted with a warm welcome. The bouquet was BEAUTIFUL and my Mom loved it!!! I was really impressed with the flowers and the above and beyond customer service!

Cannot explain how grateful my family is for these guys, we had water spewing out the top of our well and they got out to us the very next morning and solved all of our problems, had to connect a line to the well and replace the pump, check valve and wiring, Matt is a great guy very knowledgeable about the process and explains things clearly which as a business owner is something I look for whenever I have work done to my home that I can’t do. Nick was so helpful and professional about the whole process, I’ll never call a different well company as long as these guys are in business. Thank you guys.

The first thing you will learn about Bill Hussong is his easy going nature. He truly listens to what you want as his customer and then he adds subtle suggestions as to what might enhance the overall appearance of the finished product.As part of our kitchen remodel, we originally were going to leave a pantry area as originally designed when the house was built. Bill talked about how the pantry would be so much better with pull out drawers and cabinetry doors that matched the rest of the remodel. We went with Bill’s recommendation and are we glad that we did! We love the utility the pantry drawers offer and the seamless look of the cabinets!Bill’s attention to detail is a another wonderful trait that he possesses. He accurately measures everything, draws up a floor plan, and then creates a palette with a piece of cabinet and a piece of granite countertop that we selected affixed to it. Michele and I were able to take that palette with us when we shopped for paint colors, back splash tile, mirrors, and cabinet handles. Bill’s palette made selecting these other items so much easier!The third thing that made Custom Millworks Inc. the right choice for our remodel were the attention to small details they did to make our remodel look so impressive. Bill has a special way of finishing the crown moldings that reside between the cabinet and kitchen soffit. As a former engineer, I marvel at how clean and simple his design is. The moldings look absolutely phenominal!Bill’s attention to detail also shown brightly when he built a wooden box around a stove vent duct that exists inside a cabinet above the stove. When we open the doors to get something out of this cabinet, we always admire the finished look that boxed in vent duct has!Overall, you will not be disappointed with Custom Millworks Inc. They are professional, reasonably priced, punctual, and accurate with the amount of time they predict to finish the job! We cannot say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend them for kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

Greg and Carrie are absolutely the best! I had an abundance of vermiculite insulation in my attic that was stopping me from getting up there to do some work that was needed. They came out and took some samples and gave us a quote. Most people were quoting me upwards of 20k-30k, while my attic is less than 500sqft. Greg and Carrie gave me a reasonable number, which was much more affordable than other companies. They got the work done early, and cleaned up everything. I did not have to worry about a thing while they were working on the attic. They were respectful and took great care of my home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for this job that I was super concerned about. They took all the necessary photos for me that I needed to do my claim for the zonolite trust fund for a partial refund of the costs. Thank you so much Greg and Carrie!

I talked to Chris on the phone he walked me through some troubleshooting to confirm my issue was in my well. He came out to my house quickly and replaced my well pump. He was very transparent with all my options and not pushy. I will continue to use Mike Lalone for my future well needs.
