“I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment.
100% best HVAC customer service I have ever experienced. Phil made nothing but was kind enough to guide me through completion of my job. Thank you Phil! I'll be back when I need a replacement unit!

“We were slotted a 10 to 2 time slot. Ended up being the last appointment. Unfortunately, the tech became sick and another tech was sent . Work was completed at 3:40pm. The tech was professional and did a great job.
