“After 30 years it was finally time to replace our AC unit. We hired HVAC Comfort. From the beginning to the end of the smooth and easy. The initial service call was quick. Then four days later the team showed up at 930am. They worked all day. They were polite. Answered all questions and left my house and yard just like they found it. “Called at 8:30 in the morning due to cooling issues and external A/C not running. Frank picked up my call. By 5pm the same day I had my system back up and running and Frank showed me everything I needed to know as a first time home owner with his son (Who was also named Andrew! Shout out to a fellow Drew).

Turns out, my external A/C unit was functioning as intended and they isolated the issues to a faulty thermostat and un-reactive condenser pump which they respectively switched out and fixed.

Heads up, they do have an initial up-front $150 service fee, but my new thermostat plus labor for the day was fairly priced at around ~$350 with a - year warranty!

Will be calling them again for my future projects. Pricing was understandably fair and work was quality, and swift for a same day call. :)“
