When I called I got connected right away, answered a few questions, and Artur was at my house within the hour! He diagnosed and repaired my AC in what felt like 15 minutes. It was awesome and really saved me in a pinch. Saved me time and money, so glad I did not have to replace my AC unit. I called many places that put me on a waitlist for a few days, but he answered and came out as soon as he could. 10/10 Recommend!
Amazing service.
Our AC has been struggling since this morning and by 3pm it was just blowing lukewarm air. I googled around and most places are booked till next week. Tried my luck with Air Clinic and the tech (I didn’t catch his name) picked up the phone pretty much immediately and arrived at my house in about an hour. He fixed what was broken and explained what I need to do for routine maintenance.
The price was really reasonable too. But there is a 4% credit card processing fee if you don’t have a couple hundred bucks cash in hand.
Arthur and his company should showcase the definition of customer service. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and explained what was happening throughout the repair. Not to mention he was able to fix the same day that I called in the issue. Wonderful experience and will be utilizing it if needed again!
