Flame’s technicians have all been great. They seem to really know what they’re doing. Recently Kole and Brian came out and replaced my boiler. They had to do extra work to get it in the basement (taking apart and putting it back together) but they were a great team, worked efficiently and were great at communicating with me as well.
I’ve also recently had service from Jaylen to fix a problem with my dryer and he was fantastic and presented me with options.
