The service man was phenomenal, very helpful and very reasonably priced. Ray was very clear and right on the money in terms of every detail. His two workmen were very professional, conscientious and efficient. Hearthside's team is very professional and didn't waste time. They got right to AC replacement, taking about 8-hours to replace the unit, run new lines, and fit the coil. They keep you informed via texts of when and who they are sending to perform the work. Kyler left the area clean after the job was done. They were amazed at how fast they got a water heater replaced, from service call to installation, everything was done on the same day. Joe, a technician, is as smart as they come and very knowledgeable.
I joined the club and the service tech came out and inspected and cleaned my furnace and air conditioner, and he also changed
the battery on fy thermostat and showed me how to do it.
It was a very good experience. Also as a member I was given a discount on a new hot water heater, though I am still weighing
on getting a new one at this time.

Came and checked my HVAC and air conditioner make sure it was ready for the summer heat. And the installed my new smart thermostat. Signed up for the deal they have to come and check twice a year or is it more? I forget but It's going to be so great, to not have to remember to call them to have them do regular maintenance. I've got enough to do, I need one less thing. They arrived on time, super nice,explained everything and were very thorough. Thank you!
Both Paul and Ethan were excellent. They removed my old hot water tank, and installed the new one quickly and professionally. They answered any and all questions that I had and were friendly during the whole process. I really appreciate it!
