“National Heating and Cooling performed General Repair work for me in the past and provided prompt professionalized service. Was very pleased with their work. However, on this particular occasion for this particular property, we opted to replace the 20-year-old furnace. John, the salesperson, assistant us with choosing a furnace. After contract formalities were resolved, the installers were scheduled to install the furnace. They arrived on time and installed the furnace promptly and professionally. The installers were very polite and attentive to our needs of understanding how the new furnace and thermostat worked. We were very pleased with the work. However when the city inspector came out he found one item that needed to be corrected. National came right out and corrected the issue and the city came back out and approved the install. Overall, I give National Heating and their staff five stars!! Very pleased with their work. I have their number saved as a contact in my phone so when we are in need of HVAC services they are on the top of my list to call! I highly recommend National Heating and Cooling. Thank you for the prompt, professionalized, and courteous service!“
